Aistear Ailbí

Ailbí has been left all alone after the big storm. Her home has been completely destroyed. She is all  alone until a flower begins to grow. She believes that this means beauty has come back and soon everyone else will return, but as time goes by the flower begins to wilt. Albí thinks that beauty is deserting the place again, so decides to go after her. On her quest she meets different and strange people who all have their own ideas of where beauty is.

Branar educational theatre company tells this magical story with original music, unusual instruments, magical masks and wonderful puppets. Ailbí’s Journey is both inspirational and accessible to both those with or without Irish.

Designed for children aged 6 – 10 years.
